How to Insert Text Above a Table in MS Word

Sometimes it’s difficult in a MS Word document to enter text before a table, especially if the table is the very first thing on the first page of a document, like the following:
To insert a text before the table, just insert your cursor in the first cell of the table (top-left corner cell) and press the ENTER key on your keyboard. This will automatically push the table down and create a new line where you can insert the text.
NOTE: If there is text within the cell, make sure to position the cursor bar before the text.
