MS Word Shortcuts to Boost Your Productivity

Here are some MS Word short cuts to increase your productivity:
To select a SINGLE WORD: double-click on it.
To select the WHOLE PARAGRAPH that a word is in: triple-click on it.
To select the WHOLE SENTENCE that a word is in: CTRL + click on it.
To select the text from your cursor to the BEGINNING of the sentence:Shift + “Home”
To select the text from your cursor to the END of the sentence:Shift + “End”
To select words that are not next to one another: Select the word (or text), press and hold down “CTRL” and keep on selecting other words (texts) while holding down the CTRL button.
OTHER useful MS Word shortcuts that I use all the time:
To select every word in a document: CTRL + A
To spell check your document: F7
To launch the Thesaurus: Select a word or place your cursor on it. Then: SHIFT + F7
To BOLD a selected word (or text): CTRL + B
To ITALICIZE a selected word (or text): CTRL + I
To UNDERLINE a selected word (or text): CTRL + U
To INDENT the second and other lines of a paragraph: Place your cursor anywhere in the paragraph. Then: CTRL + T
To RIGHT ADJUST a paragraph: Place your cursor anywhere in the paragraph. Then: CTRL + R
To LEFT ADJUST a paragraph: Place your cursor anywhere in the paragraph. Then: CTRL + L
To CENTER ADJUST a paragraph: Place your cursor anywhere in the paragraph. Then: CTRL + J
To INSERT a HYPERLINK to a selected word (or text): CTRL + K
